Channeling is the ability to translate higher dimensional frequencies into ordinary waking reality. It is a natural altered state, and far more common than most people realize.

When an artist loses themselves in their work, when an athlete enters the zone, when a writer finds words arriving faster than they can type them, that is channeling. Moments of sudden inspiration, deep creative flow, a knowing that arrives from nowhere. All of it.

At one end of the spectrum, conscious channeling happens in an alert, aware state where information arrives through seeing, hearing, intuiting, or sensing. At the other end, trance channeling is when the channeler allows a being, collective, or frequency of consciousness to speak directly through their body. For Ava, this is a loving, deeply familiar, and wholly agreed upon relationship with the beings who come through her.

Ava typically takes a back seat in her body while channeling, in a way that is similar to what happens during deep sleep or meditation. She recalls only highlights of what was shared, much like remembering a dream upon waking. Her experience during channeling is one of deep peace, quiet, and restorative stillness. She usually feels energized, uplifted, and light afterward.

The beings who communicate through Ava have shared that their presence in her body is supportive to her wellbeing and gently healing for her physical form. This is her experience as well.

The Living Ma is a living spiral of knowledge that moves through frequency and form. It is not a lineage that belongs to any single being or tradition. It is available to anyone capable of matching and holding its frequency, in the same way that some people are able to access what we call the Akashic Records.

Beings such as Isis and Mary Magdalene were not the source of this knowledge. They were open channels for it, able to receive its vastness and transmit it in ways that others could access and grow from. Ava holds the essence of both, and so what comes through her includes the teacher, the student, and the full range of experience held within.

At its deepest level, The Living Ma contains the frequency of death, birth, life, and rebirth, the full cycle within. At the highest level of consciousness, there are no keepers of this wisdom. It is simply the spiraling of the knowledge itself.
