Private and Small Group Reading (collectively “Sessions”) participants (“Client”) understand that Ava Orah and Company ("Company") will create an audio and/or a video recording of the session for archival purposes. The Client will be provided with a complimentary audio file of their session no more than 7 days after their session.

Sessions offered by Company are for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered a replacement for professional services, including but not limited to (a) professional medical or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment, (b) professional financial or investment advice or guidance, or (c) professional legal advice. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice or other professional advice because of information you received through the Company's Sites or Services. Your reliance on any information provided by or through the Company's Sites or Services is solely at your own election or choice. Any and all decisions that you make that are based in whole or in part upon information provided by or otherwise available on or through the Company Sites or Services, will be your sole and exclusive responsibility.

You expressly agree that the use of the Company Sites or Services is at your sole risk. Neither the Company, nor anyone officially representing these entities, is responsible or liable to you or anyone else for any damages, loss, or injury relating in any way to any matter relating to the use of the Content or Services by the Company.

It is the policy of the Company that copies of the Client’s session recordings remain private. While it is understood that the Client may choose to share their personal reading recording with family and friends, such content shall not be shared or posted by the Client in any form of media on any public forum whatsoever including, but not limited to, social media platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, or personal websites accessible to the public or forum of any kind at any time, unless the Client has requested and received express written permission from the Company to do so.

However, the Company shall retain the right to use any and all of the channeled information delivered during the session, in any manner, at the Company’s sole discretion. In the event the Company does use information taken from the recording of a session, the Company will use good faith in protecting the Client’s right to privacy.  Information from a recorded private session may be used in a generalized manner that seeks to protect the Client’s identity from the general public. However, the Client’s voice may be included in the use of the information.

Ownership or possession of any physical DVD, CD, audio file, download, video stream, or other recorded format created in a private session or any other private or public channeling event, does not constitute copyright ownership, legal ownership, or claim of any kind to the Company's information or Ava's image or voice as may exist in the recording.

Any derivative use by the Client of the Company's information, Ava’s voice or image, Company logos, or other ancillary items owned by the Company without express prior written permission from the Company is strictly prohibited.

Client(s) warrants that they have the full legal authority to agree to this policy and acknowledge that the conditions herein are legally binding.

By scheduling and attending a private reading with Ava Orah, the Client expressly and automatically agrees to fully abide by the terms of this policy.

​I also understand that due to the nature of this service and the limited availability of this service, there are no refunds offered under any circumstance.
