AVA'S
STORY
Ava Orah’s path into spiritual work was not one she set out to follow — and that, perhaps, is what has shaped the grounded depth of her presence today.
Raised in the Midwest by a Lutheran minister father, Ava grew up with a strong foundation of faith, service, and integrity. Spirituality was woven into everyday life, but it was practical, relational, and rooted in community — not mystical or otherworldly. Channeling, star beings, and higher frequencies were not part of her early vocabulary, nor were they something she sought out.
Instead, Ava’s journey unfolded quietly and organically through an inner pull toward stillness, devotion, and truth.
In her early adulthood, Ava committed herself to a deep and sustained spiritual practice that would span nearly two decades. For seven of those years, she lived within a meditation-centered environment devoted to conscious living, inner stillness, and disciplined contemplative practice. Her days were shaped by meditation, study, service, and the lived integration of spiritual principles — not as concepts, but as a way of being.
During this time, Ava trained as a meditation teacher, offered spiritual counsel, and supported others on their paths of inner healing and awakening. She also earned a Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling, grounding her intuitive sensitivity in psychological insight and compassionate care. This blending of inner work and human understanding would later become a hallmark of her approach.
It was while teaching and holding space for others that Ava began to notice something unexpected.
In moments of deep presence, words and insights would arise with unusual clarity — guidance that felt as though it was moving through her rather than from her. Often, she would find herself learning alongside those she was guiding, surprised by the depth and precision of what emerged. At the time, she did not label this experience as “channeling.” She simply recognized it as listening — a profound attentiveness to something larger than the thinking mind.
Over time, this way of listening refined itself into what Ava now calls the art of meditative listening: entering stillness so completely that love, truth, and higher guidance are able to move freely through the human vessel.
Years later, this intuitive capacity would take on a clearer form through her connection with DiYeena of the Pleiadian lineage. What began as a subtle inner awareness gradually revealed itself as a consistent, coherent stream of guidance — one centered not on prediction or spectacle, but on love, coherence, and remembrance.
Through this connection, Ava began sharing transmissions now known as The Living Ma — a body of high-frequency teachings devoted to helping humanity remember its true nature and live from a heart-centered state of awareness. The essence of these teachings is simple, yet profound: love is not something we strive toward; it is the frequency we return to.
Today, Ava is known as The Love Frequency Oracle, a visionary spiritual teacher, intuitive guide, and trance channel who helps people raise their frequency and live in alignment with love. For more than twenty years, she has supported thousands of people around the world in awakening their inner guidance, healing through the heart, and embodying a more conscious, integrated way of living.
Her work bridges ancient wisdom and modern consciousness, offering a path that is both deeply spiritual and grounded in real life. Through private mentorship, group offerings, retreats, and live transmissions, Ava invites others into direct relationship with their own inner knowing — not as followers, but as sovereign beings remembering who they are.
Ava lives in Vermont with her husband and their three children. Her life is shaped by simplicity, presence, and devotion to what is real. Everything she offers flows from lived experience, deep listening, and an unwavering commitment to love as the organizing principle of human transformation.
